Client Intake Form

Thank you for your interest in working with me. Once I receive this form, I will either reach out with additional information or to schedule meeting to discuss your needs in more depth.

My studio hours are Monday-Thursday, 08:00-15:00 and you can expect to receive a response from me within 48 hours during these hours.

In order to serve all of my clients well, I only take on a limited number of projects per month. My pre-production time ranges from 4-6 weeks depending on how complex the shoot is and how far out I am booked and my typical post-production time is 2-3 weeks.

I recommend reaching out far in advance of your delivery deadline to ensure that I can fit your shoot into my schedule.

I will not be able to provide an accurate estimate without the information asked for in this form.
